Who here can meat the Navy Seals PST minimum standards? How about optimum standards?
Minimum:
500 Yard swim in 12.5 mins
50 push ups in 2 mins
50 curl ups in 2 mins
10 pull ups in 2 mins
1.5mile run in 10.5 mins
Optimal:
500 Yard swim in 8.5 mins
100 push ups in 2 mins
100 curl ups in 2 mins
20 pull ups in 2 mins
1.5mile run in 8.5 mins
This is all done in this order, one after the other.
I'm nowhere close, just wondering how many fitizens stood a chance.

Everything but the cardio.

is this a joke?
if not, pathetic

This is just the entrance exam, anon. Actual BUD/S is way more difficult.

>1.5 mile in 8.5 mins
That equals to be a 5.6 minute mile. Fuck you gotta be fast for optimal.

I had a brother go through bud/s. It said it was the toughest shit he has ever had to do.

if you think seal/swic force training is a joke then you're retarded.
>>41231082
Did he make it? They have something like a 98% failure/quit rate.

What's a curl up?
>>41231131
Military term for sit ups, essentially.
I'd barely get the optimal for cardio, rest is pretty easy although I have no idea how long 500 years is.
I'd probably fail/get minimum in swimming, I only go to the beach 3x a year or something
>>41230812
I am not a cardio bunny.

And Navy Seals are?
