Does anyone else experience muscle twitching? Atm my rear delt area is 'pulsating'. This happens throughout my body, random continuous muscle twitches that appear to be pulsating

I used have that problem it just disappeared and never came back tho so I can't give you any advice
But you aren't alone
>>
Yes. It's more common when tired, especially if you take stimulants like caffeine or preworkout.

You're fine, mate. :)
>>
Happens to me occasionally. I also get muscle cramps spasms in my feet, although so I noticed it usually happens if I'm particularly exhausted after a long work week, qmaybe it's the same cause.

happens a lot to my calves.
It looks like its something inside trying to get out.
like alien. Hope it's not a bad thing. Sometimes really tired biceps and triceps also twitch from time to time.

i get these often in my pecs, bis, and tris. I always try to grab it to calm them down but they never do.
>>
You retards its from magnesium deficiency. How can you be so uninformed? Its literally one of the most frequent nutrition memes
>>
>>41225292
Take zma or eat magnesium rich foods to stop them. I used to get them in my hamstrings and forearms a lot till I started taking zma
>>
>>41226136

I used to get them all the fucking time. Now hardly ever. Solution for me seems to have been 1) drinking a lot more water 2) taking magnesium
>>
>>41226136
>>41226117
I already take magnesium and zinc.

How about a healthy diet? Minerals from pills dont get fully absorbed by your body. Go eat some fucking nuts and dark chocolate
