First time poster on /fit/ here
What is best workout routine to get rid of visceral fat fast and get some glistening fucking abs, I have decent arms, chest and shoulders but can't seem to get rid of the visceral fat covering my abs. It's seriously demotivating please help.

You've got a lot to learn, I will dotpoint but you need to do some reading.
-You can't spot burn fat, only drop overall bodyfat %
-You need to burn more calories than you consume, there are calculators that give rough metabolic rate (BMR calculator)
-Consume less carbs on top of that, as few as possible
-Eat clean wholefoods so the body utilizes the micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) to run more efficiently overall. THIS IS UNDERRATED
-Drink a lot of water, at least 2.5-3.0 liters per day to help the body's processes
-Work out like a motherfucker, it obviously assists with the burning of calories. I suggest supersets and then cardio at the end of the workout, don't be bitch
-Do some ab workouts from time to time, you will only see the abs below 10% bodyfat to be generous but it's good to get the ball rolling in that department
There will be a number of things I forgot but those are most of the basics.
Really punish your abs if you want to see growth, once every 2 days supersetted if you want hard mode.

Visceral fat is under your abs dumbass. Sub Q fat is what's covering your abs.
Also, visceral fat is easy to lose. Sub Q is not.
