What did i just eat ?
Does anybody eat this in place of tuna or other food.
Will it give me a decent amount of gains ?
or did 12 pieces of tumors ?

if you're looking for the best /fit/ canned seafood, I'd go for pic related

Those macros are bredy good. The ingredients are also pretty good. The mercury content is probably very high. One meal will not give you cancer though, so don't worry about it.

damn i thought that tuna was the king of kings for /fit/
but what makes sardines [water] better than the rest.
almost bought canned pink salmon bought skipped on it to expensive .

They're delicious and lack the mercury that plagues tuna. On a cut, nothing beats a bowl filled with 170g of broccoli, 100g of carrots, and 90g of sardines.

no marination ?

How to prep?

always see these for $1 a can at the store, seems too amazing a deal to pass up but i'm concerned about toxins in the canning process - should I be worried?

EAT MORE SARDINES
>>41222424
not all IMO, for two reasons
>if it actually was toxic, they would either have to show it on the label
>it's god tier north atlantic fish, not grodie pacific fish
>>41222421
depends on what you want them for
the spring water is great because it minimizes the strong smell of them for if you want to eat it out and about
either eat it on its own, on a sandwich w/ mustard etc it doesn't matter

>Some dude literally named his business great value
>Naming your company Great Value actually makes consumers view it as a low quality product
What a crazy world

I bought like 12 cans on Amazon recently because they were on mega sale (thanks slickdeals). Been eating it either plain or on pasta, it's actually super good if you like seafood in general. Tuna is more versatile imo, in spicy sandwiches or tuna helper or tuna melts

Value ≠ Quality
