This is the result of two years of fuckarounditis. Started lifting around 143 lbs, got up to a mostly fat 165 lb skinnyfat, and fucked up a cut to get down to a spooky 127 lbs and lost all my muscle while still keeping some fat. Now I'm just trying to come back from that

I have the same thing, but with the addition of fatass thighs and arms. I figure if it's not gone by the time I'm underweight I'll just lift big and try to fill it with muscle
