You can but it's extremely awkward at heavier weights because the dbs are right at your sided anf unless you stand with your feet together and have no hip bone, the dbs will collide with you. Trap bar handles are position outside your body so collision is a non issue. It's also much easier to load a trap bar up with 500+ lbs than two dbs with 250+ lbs each.

That's the thing that makes it work. You can hit a PR on 2 or 3 compounds and then still have the energy 7 hours later to just beat yourself up with accessories.

Surprisingly solid for a t-nation program, but 40lbs is ridiculous even with PEDs, and you need to have your diet and sleep in autistic check for this to yield good results.Not to mention the time needed and additional load on your body from doing anything else in that day.

it's a lie. nobody not even on roids and insulin and hgh in a beginner goes from 185 to 225 in 10 weeks with the same fat %. if the weight gain is real then most of it was fat and the fat% would have changed.
