You eat Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast right?
>yes
You are tracking calories right?
>of course, Summer is coming
So how many calories are in Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast?
>>41197280
Obviously you can't weight it after you cook it - and then expect to track the calories based on raw weight. Chicken loses 20 to 30% of its weight when cooked. If you just enter "chicken breast" and weigh it after cooking... well you are under reporting by about six million calories.
So you have to enter it cooked if you weigh it cooked. Right. So how many calories are in a mother fucking ounce of chicken? I can't make sense of this bull crap.

Taking a break from shit posting on other threads?
Have been wondering this too. It's very confusing cause I buy the shit 1.99/lb chicken with "contains 80% shit broth for so you pay for water" on it and if I weighed it before... one roided chicken tiddy has like 100g of protein. Is that real? Seems like alot. I'm autistic. I hate chicken. I buy turkey now. How do they made 85% lean ground turkey when turkeys are naturally lean because they're birds? Where does the fat come from? Do they literally throw their skin in it with it? That's gross man. Shut me in

Left if you're weighing cooked chicken, right for raw if I'm understanding this right. Is that what you wanted to figure out?

But they both say after cooking.
>one says "cooked"
>one says "yield after cooking"
>>41198130
Yield after cooking means the weight is measured before cooking. Otherwise it would just say cooked. The phrasing makes a lot more sense for veggies since you can weigh them raw to eat raw, measure them raw to cook them, or measure them already cooked.
