cook half a pound of hamburger.
add in garlic 1 onion 1/2 green peper
season with cumin
SPICYNESS LEVEL
1. wuss: dice a jalapeno, no seeds
2. less wuss: 1 jalapeno, chopped
3. lil wuss: 1 serrano, chopped

throw in the beans.
put a ton of oregano on top.

Anyway, just dump the can in there and let it cook a while to get less juicy. Makes two meals for a normie but i'm a fat fuck so i usually eat it in 1.5 sitting over the course of an evening.

I just cook beans in a rice cooker

>4 cups dry beans
>soak in salty water for 6-8hrs
>drain water, fill with non-salty water to max level
>throw in a couple bay leaves
>cook on "brown rice" setting
>add pepper and salt to taste

I eat about 200-400g of black beans every day, plus a bunch of other stuff with lots of fiber and I can confirm horrendously bad farts daily
