headaches stop me lifting at least once a week, sometimes more than that, but i drink plenty of water (piss is crystal clear 90% of the time) and don't know what else could be causing it.

Could be overhydration. Make sure you get enough sodium. Gotta make sure your water/sodium/potassium levels are at a good ratio.

Times when a headache should make you worried are:
