My boyfriend has that. Putting on lotion after a bath/shower helps it a lot. He uses cerave.

Anyone who has this, go buy moisturizer that has ammonium lactate in it. Use on affected area 2 twice daily. Itll be practically gone in a week. THIS SHIT WORKS, DONT BE RETARDED.
