Why is it so hard to find balance? I work out 6 days a week, yet I struggle to not get fat, because if I deviate from my diet even in the slightest, everything gets fucked up. I'm living in a college dorm, and apart from the shit the dining hall has to offer, all I can eat is stuff like eggs and sandwiches.
I went to a barbecue thing today, and everything got supremely fucked because I had 3 hot dogs, a couple veggie burger patties, and 2 beers.
Are my only two options being hungry when I go to shit like that or not having a life? It's so fucking frustrating.
I am disappoint you only ate 3 dogs. Step your game up kid.

I was still hungry, but that already put me way over how many calories I should've been having.
It just sucks because being active and fitness-minded should make my life better, but it just feels like it puts this barrier between me and everyone else. It's always "Hey, want to get pizza? No? What about have some drinks? Oh, well you're no fun."
Working out or lifting for 5 minutes then sitting around for an hour?

Stop being depressed and use that pizza as running fuel.
Sounds like you're not lifting much at all
I work out 3.5 times a week and I can accidentally eat 10 bars of candy or 500ml tubs of ice cream twice a week and not be affected, and I regularly do
Increase your TDEE and/or decrease the amount of shit you eat, simple as

BW. Classic and the gymnastic variations. The heavier you get the better the workout, the less your body wants to get heavier and just muscular.

get heartburn and overeating will never be a issue again
