Started liftan a 3 weeks ago, do you guys think these moobs will go away in 1 year natty? Anyone else started with same body before making it? Been running for 6 months and lost 10 kilo. Rest of my body is pretty great desu, seems like all the flab i gained settled on my upper front body.
Running a modified SS program now, but thinking of switching to a brosplit in 2-3 months.
Feel free to get anything out of your chest in this thread, as i am not capable of getting my tits out of mine.
just keep going and it'll happen eventually, the time table doesn't matter.

Maybe. You may never look right, but you can look better than the melting ice cream cone you currently resemble. Also do more upper body work. Overhead press. Bench press.

Thanks, here is another less exaggerated pic. Before my 3 weeks of lifting tho. Lost alot of weight as you see on my stretchmarks, but moobs were persistent with running.. Im also a lanklet, how do i not enjure my shoulders doing chestrelated workout
