I've always followed a back routine consisting of 2 vertical pulling movements to hit lats and 2 horiztonal pulling movements to hit rhomboids (4 sets of 8-12reps each movement).

Usual back day is something like:

4 sets weightup pullups (vary grip every few workouts)
4 sets wide grip lat pulldowns
4 sets V-bar horizontal rows
4 sets straight bar horizontal rows

The overall key is just balancing the workload half and half between lat-centric and rhomboid-centric work. Otherwise you get width but not thickness or vice versa. Pic is back from 1 year ago. Lost tan, added muscle, mixed feels.

Cant say that I do, I just hit whatever I want to grow so if i feel like my triceps need some love id be adding close grip bench and skull crushers to what i usually do. A normal day would be like, incline bench: few warmup sets then move up to 185 6x6 then up to 205 for 4x4, supersetting hammer curls in between if I want more of a pump. Then I'll go do klokov presses for 4x8 at 95, supersetting with weighted hanging leg raises 4x10, then go do preacher curls for 4x8 alternating grip distance.

Deadlift, quads + back accessories
Day 5
Heavier bench, tricep shoulder + chest accesories

You can arrange it however you like, but you get 2x frequency on all bodyparts, can focus specifically on a given day on the one main lift you need to do, and is fairly comfy and flexible (you can throw in some extra back or shoulder work on given days if need be)

About 4 years. First 2 years were on and off brosplit with zero training knowledge so it was wasted time. I.e did deadlifts with a Z bar and shit form, did the closing legs seated machine thingy on leg day.

2 years srs training with some months off.

Then I take a multi, fish oil, bioten(for hair) a couple glutamine for muscle recovery. some magnesium.

and at 30 with a good diet I look better now than I did at 25...

Weighted sit ups. Obviously, don't hurt yourself; but use heavier dumbbells when doing it. You need to bulk up those abdomen muscles. High weight, low reps.

If it were me, I'd probably cut down a bit further AFTER I bulked up my abs more. Also, don't hold the dumbbell over your head. You'd just be asking for an injury, lol. Just hold it close to your chest.

Some gyms have "weighted sit up" machines. That's personally what I used after I changed gyms. Before that though, it was all weighted sit ups with dumbbells pressed tightly to my chest.
