Getting a full night's rest

Honestly most of the legal stuff doesn't do shit. For me it's more of a mental thing I think, when I drink pre workout I just start mentally getting myself pumped up for the gym, when I get there I'm already sweating and ready to go, but if I drink it just because I'm feeling lethargic it does absolutely nothing. I've never noticed a kick or extra energy from any of that shit
