It's just a normal meal like chicken and rice. i'm trying to finish the whole plate and I end up throwing all that shit out. Wtf is this shit. Now I haev to eat to make up for it what a waste of food.
Eat small meals through out the day and eat more calorie dense food

lmao.
just eat as much as you can, wait like an hour and finish the meal

Go slowly, eat until you feel full then eat a bit more, not too much, the idea is to stretch your stomach, it will take a while eother that or eat more calorie dense food.

My cat can bulk without throwing up. Unfuck yourself.

I don't know what your regular diet is like but I've noticed if I eat the same thing for too many days in the row the idea of eating again makes me nauseous. I cook my meals in bulk and I found if I cook too much then I can't finish it because putting it in my mouth again makes me want to throw up. Maybe vary your food a bit.

Eat a smaller meal, it's not rocket science.
"But I wont get as many calories!"
You aren't getting any if you're throwing it up.

There's no rule saying you have to eat everything all at once. Eat smaller portions, find snacks you can graze on, drink some calories, do whatever you need to. If you're legitimately eating so much you vomit you're probably bulking on way too many calories. You only need 200-300 above maintenance to maximize your muscle growth
