/fit/ food thread
It's home made pizza. Ingredients :100g al purpose flour, 50g seeds(sesame, flax, poppy, pumpkin, sunflower, dunno ratio), 100g sausage, 200g low fat low salt cheese, parsley on top, canned tomato sauce. No oil, no added salt.
Dough recipe?
Grind seeds, add yeast, add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar for the yeast, add desired amount of flour.
Mix the shit.
Ads water until you can form a ball that's not sticky.
Flour it so it doesnt stick and put it on a baking sheet and flatten it.
After 1 hour it will be double. Flatten it until the desired shape.

I drink lemonade made from 500ml water and 1/2 of lemon. I don't like it to be very lemony, no sugar added.
I usually chill the water.
The pectin in lemons helps you feel full.

Ok, so i miscalculated doing in mentally.
It's 1700 calories with 100g of protein. So i hit all my daily protein with 1 meal.
I was too lazy to boil off some of the fat in the sausage. I could've brought it to 1600 calories with 100g of protons.
