This just made me realize something.

I've been cutting for like 65 days, down almost 40lbs (started at 328). I just realized I never get heartburn anymore. I used to have to keep a bottle of tums in my bedside table, but I can't remember the last time I used them.

Why am I not getting heartburn anymore? Is it due to what I eat, or how much I'm eating?
