But once when i was 24 i was in an exam: 1 on 1 practical and i had slammed some coffees, was on creatine and was also generally unwell due to having some unknown illness beginning (turned out to be crohns fml) - i began to need the toilet and thought id hold on. Within minutes it really abnormally rushed up on me and i had to ask to go, examiner said no. I tried to finish the delicate task i was on whilst shaking around but i couldnt even hold it in like normal and within an extra minute i straight up pissed myself. Examiner says i can go in a panic, different invigilator staring on in confusion. I run to the toilet and miss the rest of the exam drying my chinos, distraught. Different staff come and ask sympathetically if im ok and need new trousers, i explain im fine and havent been well lately. I have to go talk to the examiner to plan a resit and he's talking to this really hot, younger member of staff about it.

Anyway after just going back to my home and hiding i decided to just own it the next day and set the tone - i told other friends about it before it got round (downplayed the severity obviously) acted like it wasn't even a passingly notable deal to me. Then whenever it got brought up later by them it was as a joke, which is telling that it wasnt something anyone was holding onto in a "he's pathetic way". I was worried bumping into the hot staff member after it and admit i probably was a bit cagey and awkward with her after, but she didnt even seem to change her attitude toward me and then at the end of the following year i got with her in a town club.

Thanks for the outlook. I'm mostly good now and I'm nowhere near as affected as i was. Since quitting drinking I've been more confident and well rounded in general. 6 months sober and 6 months off cigs.
