so am I doing this right? currently 18,6ft, and 165 pounds
eating about 2000-2500 calories a day to bulk
(200 carbs 170 protein). work out at least a hour every day in the past month

for one, your posture is terrible. but more importantly, no standard routine (especially for a beginner) has you lifting 7 days a week. if you were lifting properly 7 days a week, you definitely feel overtrained in less than a month. your routine has to be the problem here.
