So I just jumped on the creatine hype last week and I've gained a solid 5 pounds. Is that pretty normal?
The upper part of me looks great but now my stomach looks sorta bloated and my abs are a bit under the weather. Is that normal to have a shit load of water retention like that after loading? Was doing 30g for 3 days then 10g for 2 days at 6'2" 180 lbs (185 now)
Loading is a waste of time it's like you don't even examine dot com

You and your trainer are both retarded.
Stop the creatine and watch that 5lbs piss out in 2 days
>>41131255
Your trainer is autistic if he believes you'll get 5 pounds of this new "bulk muscle" in 5 days

Are you fucking drinking water?
OP here, i'm just taking 5g a day now. I thought you had to get it in your system for the first 5 days. Oh well, i'm sure it didn't hurt me. Just shocked me when I gained 5 pounds in a week.

Loading is optional (at best). The idea is to saturate your muscles with it sooner so that you start getting the full benefit of it sooner, but how much difference this actually makes is debatable.
Yes, it requires you to be well-hydrated to function, which will cause you to add extra water weight.
