I bought some pre made liquid first, have a bottle with 1ml dropper. but the powder came with 25mg scoop. I just put 40mL of everclear in with all the powder. everymorning take 1mL=awesome results

btw I am by no means a professinal Im an 18 year old kid. but I read to mix it with strong alcohol to keep potency. So moonshine/everclear. I think vodka would be okay. And everymorning i drink sum greentea listen to music and sublingal that foul shit like a champ. Makes you hungry asfuq and bloated the first couple weeks(in my exp atleast) But water retention isnt as bad now, and I use IF to keep from eating all the time.

Yes boys can shoot up an inch or two around 18. It's not everyone but it does happen. I gained 2inches around 17 - 19. Though I really didn't give a shit at the time because I didn't have /fit/ to make me feel subconscious about my height, I got pussy in high school even at 5'10.
