Fuck. I so badly want her, and her skills
Is there any good programm to do cardio training with a jump rope?
Recently got a tattoo and swimming pool is a no go right now

Dude, just do it. You'll get winded within 10 minutes of intense jumping anyway.
My advice: do the basic jump rope, and try to learn tricks while you're at it.
You'll see awesome progress, and you'll have to quit after 20 minutes anyway because you're too tired

Do you need a longer rope?

How you find it vs. running, or not comparable.
>t.Fat bastard, bored to fuck with running.

Much depends on the intensity, but I'm already somewhat fit. Personally I want to learn every trick and go as fast as I can.
Usually I have to tap out after 15-20 minutes, but I only just started out.
It's way more intense than running (if you let it), but you hardly notice it because it's such amazing fun. Your progress is tangible and crosses over from the day to day.
You learn a skill which will have everyone mirrin. You get fit while doing it. You're constantly focused on it and lose track of time. Progress is a matter of becoming noticeably better every 30 min. Unlike monotonous running, you're actually having fun.

Git gud

So much better in my mind, always motivated to do it unlike running. You will think you're retarded at first but you'll learn quick and it's great exercise
Would this be gay to do in a public park? Don't have much space in my apartment

Cheers, lads. Just bought a jump rope.
Does this help build :
Bone strenth in legs
Calf muscles
?

If white : yes
If not : no.

>Calf muscles
It will decimate your calves. So yes.
But literally anything that stresses the body is good for the bones, so the question makes no sense.
this sounds like fun. do i need to buy some fancy jump rope shit or what? will this be real bad on my legs if i bicycle every day?
Got fairly good at it from doing it every now and then over the years but still haven't found a rope I really like for speed.
Anyone that can recommend one?

posted this in the /fat/ thread yesterday
jump rope HIIT 3x a week
started with 30 second sets with like 30 seconds of rest lmao
up to 1 minute work, 30 seconds of rest for 10 sets
and then again after 5 minutes of rest. I aim for ~120 jumps per set and average heart rate of like 165-175 bpm
Total time 35-40 minutes including rest, then another 5 minutes stretching.
I'm not sure how good this is but I feel like I'm dying by the end and I'm add a couple seconds, a set, or reduce rest time every other week or so.
Wearing a hoodie helped with the fear of whipping the shit out of my arms and back.
