So why can a body get to 800 lbs. of fat but not 800 lbs. of muscle? I thought muscle weighs more than fat
Muscle and fat are two different things. Theoretically, it should be easy to put on muscle as you do fat, but that isn't the case. The body prefers to store fat. Muscle is a different kind of tissue with different purposes. Obvious answer. But all I know.
