It's not good at all. There are no compound push movement for legs, that's why Balcony has defined but slim legs. Push workouts such as leg press and squats are the ones that gives you the over all mass for legs. Also...where the fuk is the calve routine? I get that you wanna look good but come on, throw in a bit of love for legs and calves??
