This has really nothing to do with the pic, but I just want to share this with someone, because I'm so happy. I think I've found the girl I want to marry one day. She's smart, beautiful, fit and has the same core value as I do. She reads and writes just like I do, plays multiple instruments, and sings more beautifully than any girl I've ever heard. It might take a while, even months before I see her again, but I have a feeling she just might be the one.

I'm a 22 yo male who hasn't lifted regularly in about a year. I miss it, but starting school back up has drained me of time and motivation.

Anyway my real problem is that I got blood work done twice this past month and the first one showed serum test of about 290, the second at about 360. Since it got into the "normal zone" the doc won't give me anything to help it, but it sucks knowing I'm scraping the barrel in terms of test. Will lifting again naturally bring this up? I'm thinking about purchasing a DIM supplement to block T conversion into estrogen.

I've always had acne on my shoulders. I don't think that's a good way to judge steroid use. You're basically saying if I get jacked I'm going to be assumed to be a steroid user because I have acne on my shoulders which I've had since a kid. Please stop this stuff.
