His first weighing was fully clothed in the evening holding all that food and water and last was completely depleted fasted weighing in the morning. That can easily make difference of 10-15lbs.

That said he doesn't look nearly "exactly" the same. Very clearly lost a lot of fat and almost no muscle mass. Good job on him.

He doesn't look exactly the same. He started in that upper teen/lower twenties bodyfat % where you can't really see much happening since you're still losing visceral fat, back, leg, ass, etc. fat where it's not really visible at first.
