I am 170cm and 62.5kg.Last July I was 56kg but I don't see any difference on weight the last 3 months so I am gonna start GOMAD till I get 68kg what else do you suggest so I get bigger also I eat a cup of Greek yogurt per day ( 18g of protein 216 cal) should i continue eating yogurt during GOMAD or will I get too much calcium?

I started at 57kg on 174cm and am up to abou 74kg now.

The first year lifting and just eating eating eating I managed to bulk up to 70kg.
I'd just recommend doing that, fuck all the milk man there's no way that much is healthy.
