yeah, I'm working my way up, but its really genetic. theres guys that squat way more than me at the gym and have chicken legs.

in saying that though, my arms are really lacking lol

This was me a couple years ago, body is similar (took time of due to dislocating My shoulder twice)

Legs are the same size, if anything I've lost about half an inch around the arms, getting back into it. I never attempted a 3 plate squat in about 5 year s of lifting

oh sorry man forgot to answer, I'm 6'1 and in the photo i was about 190-195lbs. I'm sitting at around 185lbs now though.

I was pretty blessed with everything below the waist, always had genetically decent legs, so I didn't have to put much effort into them, hence I can only squat 2 plates after about 5 years of lifting (on and off), never attempted more than 120kg (for 2 reps). I put a lot of work in upper body though. I've only benched 1 plate for 1 rep as well, so I'm pretty weak. deadlifted 3.5 plates for 3 reps though and i can OHP 1 plate for 4 reps, its weird huh
