Is there any use for me to go to the gym if I eat 1500 kcal a day and been losing weight steadily for the last 2 months, other than just raising my TDEE?

Better use of time to just bulk man, especially with current level of muscle development. Bump that up to 3k and progressive overload big lifts.

there is no meme. no one should ever be above 15-16% bodyfat IF your goal is 'aestethics'.
Cutting is always a good thing. Cut to 10-12% then slow bulk till 15-16% -> rinse and repeat.
