Hey /fit/, starting my progress to get massive gains. I'm 6'3" 145 lbs. How the fuck am I supposed to afford the amount of food I'm supposed to intake to gain my weight back?

How did 55lbs atrophy? How long ago was it that you were in the military? I've gotten by nicely by working a minimum wage fast food job while going to college. Eat 2500 calories easily while on shift and meet all my macros. Post workout is usually just high protein with carbs and fiber.

Left Oct 2016. Atrophied cuz I had to pick up 2 jobs to afford full time college, a divorce and rent. Had no time for sleeping or eating
just IIFYM dirty calory surplus, you will get massive gains from muscle memory

Yeah. Fuckin sucks.
So for real. What foods would be worth buying (that are really cheap) to meet the intake I need? I know rice is cheap but what else?

Cottage cheese, greek yogurt, and eggs

peanut butter and oats. don´t bother too much about protons as long as you get 130g+ a day and have some after workout shake. Up your calories. Your weight will go up insanely fast at the beginning so aim gor the 2lbs/month after the first month. I usually gain about 6-10 lbs the first month lifting for a long time due to water retention to muscles and shit. don´t go retartedly dirty on your bulk and your cut will be much easier.
