fitpill me on peanutbutter, boys. ive heard its high in calories, but has good protein and healthy fat. so is it good for bulking, but not losing weight? currently i eat liverpaste (which gives me good fat, protein and iron) and prim (liquid brown cheese, norwegian) and white cheese.
I eat a serving with my oats everyday.

The protein to calorie ratio of peanut butter is garbage. If you want peanut butter on a diet, get those 0 calorie imitation peanut butter spreads.

what does "oats" mean? do you mean oat cereal, or porridge?
>>41063105
not every diet is cutting weight.
Peanut butter gives me some fats en proteins to add up with the rice/chicken I eat. When I eat minced meat I reduce the amount of peanut butter so IFMM. Ranges from 50g to 200g of peanut butter err day

I take oats, water and PB. Heat and eat.

But you knew what I meant, right? Of course you did, because that's how language works, pal.
Even if you're bulking, you shouldn't eat peanut butter for the protein.

higher calories + decent protein + good fats + taste + low cost = peanut butter
>>41063133
i literally dont know what you mean by oats. do you go outside, pick a handful of these plants and stuff them in your mouth?
>>41063148
>decent protein
It's really not.

what do you recommend as an alternative? is caviar good?

When people say oats here they mean rolled oats like this:

Rolled or stealed oats, like in a cannister. You can heat them up or eat them like cold cereal, they go with water/mill/yogurt whatever

I think it's kind 6 grams per 200 calories. So not great. But better than nothing.
