Because you are unemployed.

>can fast for 15 days straight
>cant control binge eating
So what you're saying is you can stop yourself from eating entirely, but when you eat you cant stop yourself from eating?
That's pretty weird anon.

Emotional eating
Because you have poor impulse control but also have an addictive personality.

not OP, but this is 100% me.
I find it easier to stay away from food completely, rather than eat at a deficit. Once I have some food I go crazy and just want to binge. Which is why I fast for days then binge lel.
I am a walking eating disorder

Perhaps, you aren't happy.
You don't eat as a result, then binge heavily back and forth, further reinforcing your poor habits, which influence dissatisfaction, and thus unhappiness.

I'm very similar. I think its decision fatigue. When you don't eat, you only make one decision. When you start eating, you have to keep making decisions on the proper time to stop. What I've found works is having set meals. ex I have a single serving package of iclandic yogurt and a cup of orange juice for breakfast. Thinks like chips are the devil because you will always have that one more chip.

OP here. I have never tried fasting before or put much thought in to and I just decided I'd try it out so now I'm on day 15 and it has actually been much easier than eating a controlled diet.

Yea I have no problem eating no cookies or all the cookies but eating one cookie is maddeningly difficult.
