Today breakfast is Yoplait Greek yogurt parfait, with granola, strawberries and pineapples in it, a multigrain bagel and a Organic iced tea, blueberry pomegranate flavor. 560 calories.

And how do I combat weighing myself every day, it discourages me and I would always skip breakfast or lunch if I weigh more, and that if I weigh less, I eat, I think I have a weighing problem, I'm always worried about what I eat and how much weight I gained for eating, and freaks me out when I gained 2-3 lbs, mainly because of water weight?

How do I stop this? I really want to lose weight but can't stop weighing myself every day and beating myself up over it.

Yeah, when you're starting out you can really lose quite a lot starting. A heavy deficit is actually fine if you're 100lbs overweight. Just make sure to get your protein and fiber. Maybe look up PSMF.

I've been tracking total calories, haven't started with macros yet. The average calories for maintenance I'm getting from all the online trackers is a little under 3000 not counting exercise (I know) so I'm generally aiming for about 1500 a day and avoiding sugar and processed carbs. It's taken some getting used to but I feel plenty energised and well fed so far.

I think you'll gain it back while continuing your cut. You made those gains on a cut so you can get them back the same way. Basically just like taking a long break from training would cause you to lose your gains, illness makes it happen exponentially faster. I had a stomach bug that made me have diarrhea for a mere two days and all my lifts dropped 5%. Illness is the worst gains goblin.

Not the same poster but I've also started the EC stack. I am using Bronkaid. I lose about 2 lbs/week and I don't pay too much attention to calories (but I put a lot of effort toward preparing only eating healthy food) and do not eat carbs after 6 pm.

I don't feel much besides a slight hyper-activeness for a little bit. Very similar to downing a cup of black coffee.

Side effects are kind've tough. If I take my EC stack anytime past 5ish pm I will be up pretty late. I'd go to bed at 10 pm and will be unable to sleep until 1230 am.

Maybe just divide it into pieces and accommodate them into your daily calories. You have to learn moderation. If you're doing it right, you will know that chocolate isn't worth the calories most of the time and will stop wanting to eat a lot of it. Good luck

Maybe, maybe not? Hernias are a pretty serious thing but I think there's some way you can recover from them. The doctors responsible for your treatment are likely to be very conservative in their recommendations in order to cover their ass in case of litigation. Try to find some physical therapists who know about hernias or some people who've gone through what you have and recovered eventially.

I drink only 80 proof liquor mixed with seltzer water. I measure out how many ounces I'm drinking, so I can budget the calories (64 per oz). You have to be strict and hard with yourself or you'll keep drinking when drunk. For me, I only chill enough seltzer for the amount I want that night. That helps me not drink after I've had my predetermined amount. Obviously there's nothing but willpower stopping me from chugging the bottle, but artificially limiting my seltzer supply is what helps me along.

Keto can be a meme, but I had success lowering my carb intake first to 100g, then to 60g. It's less extreme than doing keto, but for me, carbs do nothing for satiety. By replacing those carbs in my diet with more protein, fat, and fiber, I felt fuller on less. It's a lot easier to keep up than keeping carbs under 20g/day.
