How can I fashion weightlifting straps at home? I've got to the point where I can diddly literally more than I can hold.
I'm not paying my hard earned shekels to some jew when there can't be anything hard about making them yourself
>just train your grip
I am a 6 inch wristlet, my forearm muscles can only do so much
they come as cheap as 5€ here man just buy them.
if you really want to make them at home i know Clarence Kennedy did it in one of his videos. problem is i dont remember if it was a seperate vid or spliced into some other vid of his.

Mixed grip requires zero shekels. Hook grip may reguire chalk but a 50g cube of chalk will last years and costs only a few bucks. Straps are the strongest option but you will spend more time on set up. Mixed grip take no more time than double overhand to set up. Hook grip may take a little fiddling each time but not as much as straps.

pathetic excuse OP
fact that youre a wristlet doesnt excuse your weak forearms
t. 188cm wristlet with strong grip

you're risking injury by making them yourself. just fucking buy them. they cost like 15$ at most

How much can you deadlift, please post proof.
>>41061041
I dont have proof, youll just have to believe me. 4,5 plates overhand grip
It would cost as much to buy the materials to make straps as it would to just buy a pair of straps.

>youll just have to believe me
no. We don't believe any claims of anything above beginner level lifts without proof, sorry.
>>41061066
well how can I prove it if I dont have any videos of lifting things?
>>41061077
You can't.
>>41061087
well then atleast have my back photo then. And as I said, people with ridiculously small forearms can deadlift big weights so being a wristlet is a shit excuse

what kind of grip are you using?
Switch to alternated grip for your diddlys and you wont have this problem.
