Hypothetical.
If I were to cut down to 500kJ a day without doing cardio other than walking everywhere, how long would it take me to drop 5 kilos?
At least 1 day

I would say 2 weeks, depends on how fat you are when you start

I'm skinnyfat. It's just a thin layer of stomach fat I want to lose so I figure when I'm at 60 kilos It'll probably be better.

>eat only 500 or be 500 in deficit?
>why use kJ instead kcal? Who does that
>ignoring walking spends ~200-250 kcal per hour
How did you manage to fuck up one simple sentence in so many ways??
That being said you can't sustain eating 500kcal a day, go to 1500kcal min and walk
>drop 5 kg
It depends on the deficit. 1000kcal deficit should take you 2-3 months
But your post is so fucked up i cant tell anything for sure

>Who does that? Me because I don't know shit about energy, but I actually meant calories, don't know why I wrote kilojoules.
And I meant eat only 500 calories

And I also totally fucked up that greentext. Fucking mobile posting.
To add on, I normally only eat one meal a day and a snack so I'm just thinking of cutting out the snack and any softdrinks.
8 days ago I weighed 106kg. Today I'm at 100kg. I've been tracking about 2000 calories a day, so I'm probably eating more than that.

> 500cals a day
Enjoy hunger pains and binge eating.
Unless you're a womanlet, you need over 1200cals a day

Weight fluctuates too much day to day to find this useful information

Seconded on 2 weeks.
Unless you're way below normal weight, or have already lost a lot of weight, 5 kilos is rarely very stubborn to get rid of ( and you gain it back just as easily ).

You can't sustain that. You will get sick and miserable and ruin any progress you make.
Eat 1500kcal and burn extra energy over the day.
Don't search for a quick fix on a lifelong problem
