I think you should start exercising.

If you want to lose some fat then get active. Look up basic calisthenics stuff on youtube, ghetto workouts, convict conditioning, infinite intensity, gymnastics stuff, and take up the c25k challenge.

You'll be a beast in no time.

Oh and by the way. Eat at maintenance while doing it. You know how to find that right?
