Its an interesting topic. I'd say for the first 1-2 years the differences arent that big. But after that the hypertrophy lifter will get bigger but weaker. Vice versa. Look at Alan Thrall and Vitruvian Physique. My two fav youtubers and good examples of what you're talking about. Vit physique trains hypertrophy and Alan thrall does pure strength

I agree but that said, Greg Nuckols says that muscle and strength are like a cup and water. Just because you have a bigger cup means you are stronger. Mostly you're right though
