Calisthenics you can just go to a local park and do it and it seems to provide more functional strength than regular weightlifting

Calisthenics is good for ottermode.
The moves you can learn such as planche front lever are cool af but they take alot of time and you need to be consistent. Also hang some sort of weight from your body and do weighted dips and chins.
