Meanwhile im deadlifting heavy EVERYDAY, recovering with no problems, doing gomad, and i just HIT LMAO 1PL8 OHP despite my program having barely any pressing movements.

first 2 months were more hypetrophy ranges, less intensity, warmup sets of 5

it was more to teach me movements and perfect hip hinge

now its going more towards intensity, warmup sets of 1-2 reps, and much more intense heavy weight sets.
