Well I'll tell you why I was confused. SS is known for the fact that It focuses on the squat, done 3 on every day.

That means that you should see more development in your quads, lower back, posterior chain, and to a lesser extent your hamstring and glutes.

In your case your best muscle groups are your biceps and your lats/rear delts. Do you have a really good bent over row or something?

Why the fuck am I getting weaker. I eat calorie surplus. I eat like 150g of protein a day. I work out fucking 10 hours a week. My weight on the scale is going up about 2kg a month.

And yet here I am on "Untrained" and getting weaker.

What kind of program are you on? How long have you been working out? 5x12 reps seems a bit high for strenght gains and 10 hours a week is most definitely too much.

2kg a month is a good number for bulking without gaining excessive amounts of fat.

I perma-stalled on stronglifts 5x5 so I made my own program along the idea of 5/3/1 BBB since I realised I needed some extra volume for hypertrophy.

Two compound lifts plus a superset of 5x12 three accessories (biceps, calves, abs, forearms) each weekday.

Mondays and Fridays are squats and bench
Tuesdays and Thursdays are press and rows
Wednesdays are deadlift and incline bench

For the compounds I do three sets of 5 first, then 5 sets of 12 at lighter weight. With weekly linear progression a la stronglifts.

Is this overtraining? I don't feel exhausted. I just miss reps.

Daily reminder that these are literally my lifts after 8 weeks of lifting (before that I just ate ramen noodles and watched /tv/ in my bed, no sports whatsoever). I'm 5'11" (I think), 165 lbs in retard units.
I posted 6 weeks ago and some fags got genuinely angry and accused me of egolifting. I have checked my form again and again, and while it's kind of shit there definitely isn't cheating. Squats and dips are below parallel, no push in ohp, chins are from dead hang, deadlift starts on the floor etc.
The only rational explanation I've found is that most people who lift are genetically weaker than average, which is why they started lifting in the first place. That or I'm just genetically superior.
