I got a problem. I'm not REALLY fat (75kg at 5'10) but I want to lose all that flab then start building muscle. Problem is, I can't for the life of me eat below 1800 calories/day. It's not that I'm hungry or anything, kt's just an insatiable feeling of something missing, I cant describe it. Only food suppresses it. What can I do? I wanna get to 60kg then build some muscle
Eat more fiber and vegetables. Drink a lot of water. Eat food rich in protein like eggs an dairy products.

Should I try keto? Whenever I tried that I regained whatever I lost when I went back to eating carbs STILL below my maintenance
