Can you guys help me make a simple diet routine, aiming for 3500 calories, what sort of shopping should I buy?
I only plan on eating 3 times a day 4 times max, for breakfast is just oats, milk and a banana mixed in enough? Would 2 peanut butter or meat/cheese filled sandwiches be good enough for lunch? For dinner I'm thinking like meats + pasta or rice and broccoli or asparagus or brussel sprouts
