I'm looking to buy a decent bench. How much am I looking to spend at minimum for one? I'd prefer to get one on amazon if I could. I have an olympic barbell and 300 lbs + of plates but no bench to use them with.

You've gone your whole life without a bench before.
Save your money for something of Olympic quality.
You can thank me when you hit 1/2/3/4

Don't get that bench it's shitty. I know because I sell them everyday. I recommend this one. It's on sale, not too shabby, and ships cheap. Check out other on the site too, we do sell some that are definitely bettwr, just cost more.

Don't get a bench for benching. Get a flat utility bench and either a cage or some squat stands, you'll get more all-round use out of it.

can confirm, had this one, was nice. bench/rack detachable is great, lets you use it for OHP, rows, squats, bench, etc. attached bench/rack is shit tier.

will this allow me to use it for squats

...no one gonna call out this obvious shill move here?

Yes you can do squats etc. with the setup I suggested. See pics attached. Get a flat utility bench and a rack or set of stands. If you're not a monster of a dude and you look around you should be able to get both new well under $500 for as good as you need them, but super quality for big dudes/college football teams can get pricey.
