It's probably you have zero muscle mass. Try going to a gym, anon. It's there to help you.

join the fucking club, its torture
3 reasons for this
>A lot of what you lost is not fat, i.e. water weight and glycogen
>A lot of what you lost is visceral fat (internal fat)
>The more body fat you have, the less visible difference each lb of fat loss makes
>>41040085
>taking honest responses with anger
lmao not going to make it

Thanks, anon. Hadn't thought about visceral fat, that makes sense and it makes me feel happy that my organs may now be less restricted by fat.
Can someone explain further what he means by glycogen 'weight'?
Also, why would I lose water weight on a cut?
>>41040085
are you sure, friendo?

Kek, beat me to it. This guy is soft to the max.
But seriously OP, cutting is a waste of time unless you're going to be satisfied with your holocaust body

Same guy here. Glycogen is essentially energy that's stored in your muscles, and for each molecule of glycogen your body also stores three molecules of water which is the water weight. Your body always stores glycogen but more carbs = more glycogen and a caloric surplus = lots more glycogen.
