Assuming you only eat the meat of the horse (there is no data available for calories in the other parts) you're eating 175 calories for 100g horse meat. A large typical riding horse will weigh about 500Kg.

500kg x 1000 = 500,000g.
500,000g / 100g = 5,000 x 175cal = 875,000 calories.

If you eat all of these in a day you will die. But if you eat them all over time and over TDEE you will gain 250lbs of fat.

tfw you can eat an entire horse and probably still not get fat enough to be on my 600lbs life.
