Rate my routine /fit/.

I go A,B,C rest then ABC again so i can do my compoind twice a week.

Abs and cardio are thrown at the end of the workout every other day ... feel free to improve it i need a solid routine because i noticed im going less due to not having a solid routine in mind.

/fit/ seems to get bitchy about it, however. But mine works for me. My upper body was seriously lagging behind the lower body, so I did something about it.

4x8 Leg Press
3x10 Lateral Raise
