Hey guys I have a question. Last week I squatted 235 for 6 reps. This week I couldn't get 245 up for 1 fucking rep. My nutrition and rest have been on point. What the fuck was that about?

its unlikely that you will reach much higher weights unless you start squatting at least 2x per week

(you could also mega bulk, but I assume you don't want to fatty)

I'm doing 5/3/1, 235 was my week 1 weight (cycle 5) and 245 was my week 2 weight. (I was expected to hit it for 3+ reps)

I made some decent gains with this program, I'm not gonna blame it on the program mate.
