I'm the same way except I do bodyweight workouts stuff like one arm pull ups and handstand push ups.
I look huge for what I do and people assume I spend hours in the gym everyday when in reality I do 3 full body weight workouts a week. I dont even eat good. My favorite foods I eat often are chikafila, italian beef with mozzarella cheese, and buffalo wings.
