I just started my own version of SS, my goal is to develop streangth and not develop any lean muscle mass whatsoever. I just want to be fit strong and healthy. I noticed I need to eat more to maintain my energy levels but I'm afriad of eating too much that it'll turn into muscle. What % of my DI of calories should I allocate? Before I was maintaining on 1200kcals per day. Should 1400kcals be enough to lift 3x a week and not gain muscle or what % should I put?
