Tabata circuits.
I'm going to start doing jumping jacks and hill running this spring. The sun is bright, the weather is awesome and my endurance is starting to get a bit shit.
bike around for about an hour a day and spend the same on elliptical
Walk around for about 4-5 miles worth at work instead of getting anything done ever.

I either do intervals on the bike for 20 minutes, or 20 minutes high resistance/high rpm on elliptical every day to warm up before my workout. Usually bike intervals though, shit gets my heart rate up there

swimming is my shit but I do like to go for a hard run ever once in a blue moon

DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION ...Is what I used like 7 years ago.
Now I just jump on a treadmill. When the weather is nice I go for runs or go swimming if I can.
jump rope so I don't have to even go outside.
Got my army selection event next month so I've want to do at 2 miles in at least 12 minutes to be comfortable. The distance is roughly 8 laps of my local track and I'm currently at 6 laps in 12:55.
It's a massive improvement over my starting point where I could barely even finish 3 laps. I'd definitely advise getting a good pair of running shoes too.

Play basketball and occasionally flag football.
It's the only cardio I can do without wanting to kill myself.
